Too Many Reviews, Backlogged, and We’re Hiring

We are so impressed with the positive response from all you both in your reviews and comments. We have received over 50,000 reviews! As consumers ourselves we are very pleased with the quality of reviews and thoroughness. It is great that everyone is so personal and specific!
However, because so many people are responding we are a bit overwhelmed and this causes delays in our site, how fast we process orders, our suppliers, and how fast we can approve reviews. We hope we can address these issues here.
We and our suppliers are days behind in completing orders. The good news is that we will ship your orders and we will process your reviews. We are giving priority to credit card customers.
Second, your store credit will last **at least** two years, so take your time using it and wait for the site load to cool down. We’re not going anywhere and our product selection and reviews keep improving every day.
If your review is not processed immediately, please be patient. It is currently taking about 2-3 days to process reviews. As long as you post your review before the deadline of March 31st, we will count it even if the credit does not show up on your account immediately. We are a bit backlogged. We hope you can forgive us.
Also we happy to see how many experts are out there that really know your products! We love this! We are glad we are not alone in our passion for the organic and natural! the credits will show up in a box in the bottom right corner of your account page, i believe through a link.(so there will be 6 boxes not 5)hope this helps.

wow. this is terrific and i don’t think i’ve yet expressed my gratitude! i had emailed about the part-time job but had only seen the call on facebook – i hadn’t read the blog yet, so i didn’t list my strengths or go in to detail about my product knowledge. it is pretty expansive, though, and i’d love to help out whereever and whenever necessary. i’d be willing to help weed out some of the phony reviews but i might be a harsher critic than others
I tell you what- you guys wanted your site to get noticed and it sure has! I had heard of your site before, but never really checked it out. I love what you offer and the prices and shipping are very reasonable. I have told several of my mommy friends about you. I think sometimes the word organic has a bad connotation, but your site makes people realize the vast quantity of items available and that they don’t necessarily cost more either! You’re a favorite now!

I emailed regarding the part time job post, but I also just saw it on facebook, so I did not go into great detail regarding my strengths, etc. I have a flexible schedule, extensive knowledge in cloth diapering, a positive attitude, and excellent writing skills. I’m a little upset. My kids own many many of your products, toys and clothing! My mother loves your products (as do I and my kids) and she spoils my kids with them. I reviewed most of your products that I have gotten from her and all but 2 of the reviews were denied!!! What?!?! I didn’t make up mumbo jumbo, my reviews are legit, yet they were denied, that is messed up when I see reviews that should clearly have been denied make it through..

Electra, I too am very disappointed that many of my reviews that were denied (especially since others that were approved are simply aweful – since when should a review get approved if the person said that it looks cool and they can’t wait to try it?) I am thankful that we were given this opportunity – however, it was well announced up front that FG was doing this promo in place of an expensive advertising campaign. We were essentially being paid for our time – fair enough. But, when we spent our precious time to review items (and completely follow the terms) – yet, every single one of my most recent reviews were denied! I’m disappointed
Oh good (well…not good) – I am not the only one who is having trouble with denied reviews. I had perfectly fine reviews that I left on products such as the pacifier, a baby gate, and sheets. All of them were denied, denied, denied! When I look at other comments on those same products…most don’t even compare. i have left phone messages and emailed on their site several time…no response. Hopefully this is stimulate someone to contact me I would love to get this resolved fairly and quickly!
How do I know if my reviews were denied. I still do not even see where the credit is. Are reviews still being processed?
After writing the above concern, I was contacted by FG by telephone this am (well, not sure if it maybe was due to the emails or phone messages). I was told that my denied reviews would be looked at again. This was due to a computer problem that automatically denied reviews that had nearly the same title -for example “I loved this” or “great product” – which my argument was to that there are so many ways to title something in one or two words. It didn’t mean that the reviews were the same. I was told that I could expect a fair resolution within 2 weeks time. I was asked to share this as well. Hoping everything is settled fairly soon
Rose, yes, I believe that some reviews are being processed. To check on your review, you have to click on each individual product that you reviewed. Instead of it saying “share your thoughts” – it should say “edit your review”. Once you click on that, one the left hand side, it will say pending, approved, denied. To see if you have rec’d credit, a box will appear under your account page stating what credits you have earned. HTH!

I did this and now you will not honor my credit! Very unprofessional.
I placed an order almost 6 months ago and still haven’t received it. Anytime I email them they give me the run around.
